With over 20 years of international legal expertise, Gayle Carda is Earth Law Center's International Legal Counsel and liaison with international partners on actionable legal frameworks for the Rights of Nature in international law, including in National Biodiversity Strategies and Action Plans (NBSAPs) as called for by the UN Global Biodiversity Framework.
Prior to coming to Earth Law Center, Gayle was the Senior Policy Advisor for Global Employment Law at Intel Corporation. She has experience in over 60 countries providing strategic advice on a wide range of global employment matters, specializing in international litigation strategy and global compliance projects. Through Gayle's leadership and deep expertise in global employment law and international law, she provides legal guidance on matters involving worldwide and multi-country implications to shape global policy, compliance and ethics and promote global mindsets.
