Ciara Shea, Esq., is a licensed New York attorney and serves as Strategic Initiatives Manager at Earth Law Center. She supports the implementation and growth of key organizational initiatives spanning education, communications, digital strategy, and public engagement.

Ciara manages ELC’s Earth Law Summer Course, Continuing Legal Education (CLE) offerings, and the Earth Law Portal—a resource hub of Earth-centered legal tools, model legislation, and practitioner resources. She also manages ELC’s website and digital presence, supports organizational communications and marketing efforts, and coordinates initiatives such as Climate Week NYC programming and the New York Green Amendment initiative.

Prior to joining ELC, Ciara operated a private nutrition practice and founded a successful holistic nutrition podcast and education platform. She received her J.D. and Certificate in Mediation from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and holds a B.A. in Speech Communication with a minor in Legal Studies from Ithaca College. She lives on Long Island, New York.
