Ciara Shea, Esq., is a licensed New York attorney and serves as Senior Director of Education & Digital Strategy at Earth Law Center (ELC), where she leads the development of education programming, digital strategy, and key initiatives that advance the organization’s mission.

Ciara leads the development and growth of ELC’s Education Program, including the annual Earth Law Summer Course, Continuing Legal Education (CLE) offerings, and the Earth Law Portal—a resource hub of Earth-centered legal tools, model legislation, and practitioner resources. She also leads ELC’s digital strategy, including website development, social media, communications, and marketing, and oversees initiatives such as the New York Program. In addition, she works across teams to develop new initiatives, strengthen programs and processes, and expand opportunities for public engagement.

Prior to joining ELC, Ciara operated a private nutrition practice and founded a successful holistic nutrition podcast and education platform. She received her J.D. and Certificate in Mediation from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and holds a B.A. in Speech Communication with a minor in Legal Studies from Ithaca College. She lives on Long Island, New York.
