Camila Palma Millán, LatAm Team Strategic Support and Project Management

Camila serves as Strategic Support and Project Management Professional for the Queuco River Environmental Flow Reserve Project. A law graduate with a strong background in environmental law, she brings a deep commitment to the conservation of ecosystems and water resources through the lens of Earth law. Her work centers on collaborative engagement, strategy design, and problem-solving, working closely with local communities, organizations, and key stakeholders to advance the Rights of Nature in practice. She previouslyserved as a communications advisor during Chile's constitutional process and coordinated the citizen campaign "15,000 Hearts for the Earth," which sought to enshrine the Rights of Nature in Chile's Constitution. Camila is based in Chile and is a key part of Earth Law Center's growing presence in Latin America.
