Board President - Diana Weynand
Board President Diana Weynand is an award-winning producer, director, and editor. Diana was a director and co-producer of the Emmy-nominated PBS series Cinematic Eye. At ABC in New York, she was an online post-production editor, working on 20/20, soap operas, and Olympic specials. She then moved to Los Angeles to become Barbara Walters' Supervising Editor on her entertainment specials. Diana has produced and directed documentaries, was an online editor for the MTV series Real World, and - with her partners at Dockside Productions - developed reality television programming. Diana is co-founder of Rev Up Tech, which provides training and curriculum development for emerging technologies, creates mobile apps, and transitions companies into online eLearning. Diana is a well-known columnist and has authored best-selling books on Apple’s Final Cut Pro, as well as video books including “How Video Works.” Through Rev Up Tech, Diana conducts certified Final Cut Pro training around the world and presents workshops on Effective Storytelling. Diana earned a B.A. in music education from the University of Texas in Austin, and an M.A. in Music and M.A. in Media Arts at the University of South Carolina. She enjoys telling stories in words and pictures.

Board TREASURER - anthony R. zelle
Board Member Anthony R. Zelle, a founder of Zelle, McDonough & Cohen, represents insurance and business clients in litigation matters for more than 25 years in Massachusetts. He has argued in state and federal courts, including appeals in the First Circuit, the Supreme Judicial Court and the Rhode Island Supreme Court. Mr. Zelle has been recognized by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly for "Top Ten Most Important Defense Verdicts" and for "Top Ten Jury verdicts." Previously, Mr. Zelle practiced with Robins Zelle Larson & Kaplan, where he was involved with many of the first cases addressing insurance coverage for environmental contamination. In addition to his work for the insurance industry, Mr. Zelle handles general business litigation. He has represented victims of investment fraud against banks, security brokers and others; he also handles cases involving fraudulent insurance claims, one of which led to the demise of a large firm that engaged in a widespread workers compensation fraud. Mr. Zelle became interested in rights of nature after finding a copy of Wild Law in a New England bookstore. He holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School. (May 2016 – Present)

Board SECRETARY - Liz Musch
Board Secretary Liz Musch is a multicultural citizen of the world (Dutch-Indonesian origins, naturalized American, and resident of Paris for many years) who brings 30+ years of global business, marketing and branding experience to Earth Law Center. Her successful career as CEO of multiple professional services organizations has spanned the U.S. and Europe and included: B&B/DMB&B advertising agency, Added Value marketing/branding and innovation consultancy, MarchFirst new media & internet consultancy, and Millward Brown and Ipsos market research institutes. Her clients have primarily been Fortune 500 companies, and she has worked across all regions of the globe. Most recently, Ms. Musch is Global Strategic Advisor to LRW marketing services and an independent board director. She has significant non-profit experience, and has been a strong supporter of corporate social responsibility throughout her years in the private sector. She is now focusing on the environment, human rights, and animal welfare. Ms. Musch is a graduate of University of Southern California, and the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University, receiving both degrees in international affairs.

BOARD MEMBER - Elise d. garcia
Board Member Elise D. Garcia, OP, brings more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit communications, development, and strategic planning. For nearly 10 years, she served as founding co-director of Santuario Sisterfarm, an eco-spirituality center in the Texas Hill Country dedicated to cultivating biodiversity and cultural diversity. As founding Editor of Sor Juana Press, a project of Santuario Sisterfarm, Ms.Garcia has overseen the publication of seven books, including the "Dominican Women on Earth" series. She was recently elected to the leadership team of the Adrian Dominican Sisters, where she previously served as her congregation's Director of Communications. Ms. Garcia's prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Common Cause, a D.C.-based citizens lobby, and later as Director of Communications and Development of St. Mary's University of Law in San Antonio, where her efforts on behalf of social justice were recognized with the "Santa Maria Justice Award." Additionally, she has served as consultant to numerous other national and regional nonprofit organizations, including the Earth Ethics Institute of Miami Dade College, Democracy 21, Bread for the World, and NETWORK. Ms. Garcia earned a B.A. in English Literature from Windham College in Putney, Vermont, and a M.A. in Theology from Oblate School of Theology.

BOARD MEMBER - Anne Scott-Putney
Anne has more than 25 years’ experience leading nonprofit and educational organizations in top advancement and chief executive positions. She is currently the Director of Development at Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden in Claremont, CA, the world's largest botanic garden dedicated exclusively to California native plants.
Anne holds an MBA in Marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and an A.B. degree from Dartmouth College. She has held the Certified Fundraising Executive and Certified Association Executive designations. As an advancement professional she has built and directed board Development Committees in education, healthcare and social services; and has chaired community and nonprofit boards.
BOARD MEMBER - Joanne Borek
Joanne is a Digital Marketing and Creative Leader offering her clients 20+ years experience with a proven track record in integrated marketing, digital strategy, social media, and e-business solutions. She held top-level Digital Creative and Technology Director roles at Havas and McCANN. She also launched many clients into online spaces with her private company during the dotcom days, including Hartz Mountain, Microsoft, and Encyclopedia Britannica Online. After decades in large public agencies, Joanne formed her own private group, Exposure —named after her passion for photography, and passion to bring her clients’ products or services to light.
Joanne holds a BFA in photography and an MFA in Media Arts. Her publications include National Geographic, LA Times, NY Times, and PDN. Her personal art focuses on landscape and the environment. She lives with her husband and stepson in New Jersey.
